Traconex controllers are for actual control of traffic lights at intersections. They need to be programmed and installed by a traffic light engineer. Other peripheriels are also needed in conjuction to the controller to control traffic light at intersections. We strongly advise you not to purchase this unit if you are not experienced with traffic controllers. Used, but in working condition. Tested before shipped out.
